Your Place @ Anchor House is seeking a Women’s Support Worker to deliver trauma-informed, gender-informed support for women in the Complex Needs service. You will hold a focused caseload, develop support plans, and coordinate with health, housing and other services to promote safety and wellbeing.
You will engage women at their pace, build trust, and work within a reflective practice framework to improve outcomes and reduce risk.
