Your Place (London) Limited is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our team at Your Place @ Anchor House, supporting residents affected by homelessness to build independence and stability. You will manage a caseload, deliver one-to-one key-work, develop support plans and work with partner agencies to help residents access services, training, employment and move-on opportunities.
Shift work including evenings and weekends.
