Your Place at Anchor House is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the LB Newham Core and Intensive Support Accommodation services for vulnerable adults. You will oversee operations, safeguarding, and performance management, driving service improvement and positive resident outcomes.
You will develop staff, promote trauma-informed practice and collaborate with commissioners, housing partners and health services to prevent homelessness and support tenancy sustainment.
