Your Place (London) Limited is seeking a Move-On Team Leader to provide day-to-day leadership of the Move-On Team across Your Place services, guiding residents towards safe, sustainable accommodation and a clear move-on pathway.
You will build landlord partnerships, coordinate personalised move-on offers, monitor tenancy sustainment outcomes, and work with managers, residents and external agencies to reduce homelessness and support independent living.
