Plymouth Active Life Centre in the South West is hiring a self-employed personal trainer with multi-centre access to the Plympton Swimming Pool & Gym. You keep 100% of your earnings, start with one-month rent-free, then three months at reduced licence rates - giving you time to build a client base before the standard licence fee applies.

Role Overview

As a self-employed PT you set your own schedule, manage your own clients and run your business entirely on your own terms across both Plymouth Life Centre and Plympton Swimming Pool & Gym.

Package Includes

  • One month rent-free, followed by three months at reduced licence rates - giving you time to build a client base before the standard licence fee applies.
  • 100% of your earnings retained - everything you make, you keep.
  • Multi-centre access to Plymouth Life Centre and Plympton Swimming Pool & Gym, so you can train clients across both venues.

Earnings Potential

A full-time self-employed PT can realistically earn £2,500 to £4,500+ per month by month six, based on your personal training network. In a multi-centre placement the earning potential is determined by session rate, client volume and consistency in building your business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all business aspects - pricing, client acquisition, retention and financials.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (essential).
  • Based in or able to work regularly in Plymouth Life Centre and Plympton area.
  • Comfortable in a gym environment with strong member relationship skills.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, ready to take ownership of your business.
  • Commit to a minimum number of in-club sessions per week as described above.
