Looking for a Pharmacist who has worked in the Primary Care setting Locum worker – who can get all docs in ASAP. Duties: To screen charts and carry out medicines reconciliation on the ward. Patients from a variety of specialties are treated on the ward, but mainly for orthopaedic surgery.
