Looking for a Pharmacist who has worked in the Primary Care setting Locum worker – who can get all docs in ASAP. Duties: To screen charts and carry out medicines reconciliation on the ward. Patients from a variety of specialties are treated on the ward, but mainly for orthopaedic surgery. Would also need to provide clinical support to other departments as and when needed e.g. meds info queries, pre-assessment meds advice, temperature excursions etc
