We\’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Fuel Card Administrator to join our growing team at InterFuels, part of the Your NRG group.
Based in our Hartlepool office, you’ll play a key role in keeping our fuel card service running smoothly, from handling customer queries and processing card requests to managing data and outgoing post. You’ll work closely with our account managers to ensure customers receive fast, accurate and reliable support.

What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to high volumes of customer emails with speed and accuracy
- Processing new fuel card requests, replacements, deactivations and updates
- Escalating more complex customer queries to the right team member
Data & System Management
- Updating customer records in the CRM system: keeping expiry dates, account statuses and card details accurate
- Ensuring all information related to card issuance and closure is kept up to date
Operational Admin & Post Handling
- Receiving, logging and preparing outgoing post, matching fuel cards with the correct PINs
- Ensuring all deliveries are handled securely and sent to the right customers on time
Team Support
- Providing administrative support to the wider fuel card team
- Assisting with special projects and helping streamline internal processes where possible
