We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Professional to join our growing team. The role will focus on prospecting, converting, and managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, primarily through telesales, LinkedIn outreach, and email approach. As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
We service a diverse regional customer base including commercial, agricultural, the armed forces, MOD, the emergency services, Police, Fire and Rescue, Ambulance, councils and domestic home owners.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Outbound Sales: Identifying and prospect new business opportunities using telesales, LinkedIn outreach, and email approaches. Managing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
- Lead Conversion: Engaging in meaningful conversations with decision-makers to assess their fuel needs, offering solutions and pricing, and converting to customers.
- Relationship Management: Building and managing your client base by providing ongoing support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.Act as the point of contact for customers, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Reactive Sales: Maximising margins through effective pricing and negotiation, ensuring both competitive offerings and profitability.
- Cross-Departmental Communication: Liaising with Credit and Transport teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
- CRM Management: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Become an Expert: Providing feedback and insights to the management team for continuous improvement of the sales and pricing strategies.

- Great at meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Skilled in managing a sales pipeline and driving lead generation, conversion, and account growth
- Competent in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, building long-lasting relationships by providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proactive when addressing potential problems before they escalate
- Confident in your negotiation skills, with the ability to balance competitiveness with profitability
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Skilled in CRM systems for tracking and managing sales activities, customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance
- Confident in verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers
- Able to effectively manage workload, balance priorities, and meet deadlines
