They’re now hiring an Engineering Manager to lead both the SRE and Platform Engineering teams. The role of an EM for this business is hands off, focused on People, Process & Operations – a true servant leader. This is a key leadership role focused on enabling fast, safe and scalable delivery. What you’ll be doing: Leading two core teams: Site Reliability Engineering & Platform Engineering Coaching and developing engineers across delivery, culture, and growth Driving core platform initiatives CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, DevEx Shaping how product teams build, ship and operate software Creating the conditions for high performance, autonomy, and accountability The stack includes: AWS | Kubernetes | Terraform | GitHub Actions | Datadog | Backstage We’re looking for someone who: Has managed high-performing SRE or Platform Engineering teams Understands modern infrastructure and developer tooling Cares deeply about team health, clear delivery, and strong engineering culture Thrives in scale-up environments and enjoys solving for speed and safety Can balance people, process, and platform vision This is a rare opportunity to lead critical engineering functions in a business that truly values platform thinking.
