They’re now hiring an Engineering Manager to lead both the SRE and Platform Engineering teams. The role of an EM for this business is hands off, focused on People, Process & Operations - a true servant leader.
This is a key leadership role focused on enabling fast, safe and scalable delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading two core teams: Site Reliability Engineering & Platform Engineering
- Coaching and developing engineers across delivery, culture, and growth
- Driving core platform initiatives CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, DevEx
- Shaping how product teams build, ship and operate software
