We’re working with a high-growth tech company that’s scaling its platform to support millions of users and reliability, developer experience, and velocity are at the heart of it. They’re now hiring an Engineering Manager to lead both the SRE and Platform Engineering teams. The role of an EM for this business is hands off, focused on People, Process & Operations - a true servant leader. This is a key leadership role focused on enabling fast, safe and scalable delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading two core teams: Site Reliability Engineering & Platform Engineering
  • Coaching and developing engineers across delivery, culture, and growth
  • Driving core platform initiatives CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, DevEx
  • Shaping how product teams build, ship and operate software
  • Creating the conditions for high performance, autonomy, and accountability
