We’re hiring a Lead Developer to play a key role in shaping the future of our engineering team and product. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who still loves to code, but also enjoys mentoring others and delivering features end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
You will be working on a 'tech for good' platform that has helped millions reduce their carbon footprint. We have some groundbreaking features in the works and exciting growth plans across all disciplines.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a small team of engineers, supporting their growth and ensuring high code quality
- Driving forward the architecture and development of new features
- Collaborating with product and design teams to ship reliable, scalable software
- Continuously improving the development process and tooling
Must-haves:
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, Web API
- Solid knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proven track record of delivering features from design to deployment
- Experience working with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS)
- Previous experience mentoring or leading developers
Nice-to-haves:
- Exposure to TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks
