What you’ll be doing:
- Define and execute the consumer experience strategy across web and mobile
- Lead discovery work to uncover user pain points and validate ideas
- Set goals, prioritise effectively and measure impact
- Collaborate with engineering, design and data science
- Use insight, research and trends to drive product direction
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in product, ideally in B2B or B2B2C environments
- Experience leading zero to one or early-stage product work
- Strong in data-led thinking, experimentation and user research
- Confident communicator and natural cross-functional leader
