A high-growth tech business is building a next-generation, AI-first CRM and customer experience platform which will serve over 30M customers by 2027.

They’re hiring a Head of Product to lead from discovery to MVP in under 9 months. You’ll own the product vision, strategy and delivery across three core pillars:

• Agent CRM: AI-augmented, intuitive tooling
• Mobile App: Proactive, self-serve customer experience (think Monzo/Starling-style flow)
• Concierge Journeys: Seamless workflows for billing and account services
