Our client is building an intelligent credit and payments infrastructure product designed to modernise how underbanked and underserved businesses access capital. Backed by top-tier VCs and ex-Stripe, Monzo and GoCardless operators, they’ve got big ambitions and real-world experience to execute fast.

The Role
You’ll be hands-on building the MVP, integrating third-party APIs, architecting a secure and scalable backend, and iterating quickly with customers in the loop. Expect full ownership, fast feedback loops, and a culture of radical accountability
Package:
- £90 - 110k base
- Early equity
- Hybrid working (2–3 days/week in a Central London office or Fully Remote )
What they’re looking for:
- Strong full-stack experience (ideally TypeScript / React / Node.js / Postgres)
- Experience building from scratch or scaling 0→1 products
- Product-minded engineers who care about UX and user impact
- Bonus: experience in FinTech, payments, credit or lending systems
