A lovely family in Milton Keynes is looking for a warm, energetic and experienced nanny to join their family on a long-term basis from the end of October/beginning of November. The family are looking for someone who will become a trusted part of family life and provide their one year old little boy with a fun, stimulating and nurturing day.

The role is caring for a little boy who will be turning 1 in October. He is a very energetic and sociable little boy who loves getting out and about, meeting other children and attending playgroups and classes. He enjoys being active and exploring the world around him. The family are looking for someone who will support his development through play, activities and plenty of opportunities to socialise.

The Role

The nanny will work: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am–6pm

The role will include taking over from breakfast and managing the little boy's day. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting his morning and daily routine
  • Supporting his naps
  • Feeding and food preparation
  • Meal planning
  • Planning age-appropriate activities
  • Playgroups, classes and playdates
  • Regular outings and social activities
  • Supporting his development
  • Baby laundry

They would particularly like someone who:

The family would love someone with a language, particularly Portuguese. French or Spanish would also be a bonus. Not essential. The family would ideally like someone with at least 3 years' nannying experience with a similar-aged child.
