Job Profile:Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Barnsley as we are looking to recruit a Trainee Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. As a negotiator you will:
Responsibilities
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided, however we do require as a minimum experience in transferrable skills of customer skills and sales environments. In return we offer:

- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa Β£25,000 plus per annum
- 6 months guaranteed commission pay.
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based. Due to the expected high level of applications, we cannot unfortunately respond to them all.
