Overview
In this role you will act as a Senior Negotiator in the Ashford branch, helping buyers and tenants connect with suitable properties and guiding offers to completion. You will work within a franchised network to maximize branch income through cross-selling additional services and deliver outstanding customer service. You will engage with clients, arrange viewings, and negotiate terms between parties, contributing to team and branch growth. This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped OTE and requires a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities
- Register customers and match properties for Sales and Lettings
- Generate and conduct property viewings
