Your Move in North Hykeham are looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a negotiator you will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings properties
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
In return we offer:
- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
- Basic salary from £19,000 depending on experience
- 6 months guaranteed commission pay
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota
- Pension Scheme
- Career Progression
It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
