The Role
- Generating new business and securing valuations
- Conducting viewings and winning instructions
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
- Managing branch enquiries and daily operations
- Coaching, motivating and developing your team
- Driving branch performance and achieving sales targets
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and the local community
About You
- Has estate agency experience, ideally in a senior negotiator, assistant manager or management role
- Has a proven track record of winning business and delivering results
- Is a natural leader who enjoys motivating and developing others
- Is highly organised, resilient and commercially driven
- Delivers exceptional customer service
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Holds a Full UK Driving Licence
