Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Barnsley as we are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will:

  • Register Customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties.
  • Generate and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers between all parties.
  • Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
  • Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is ideal, however we will consider relevant transferrable skills in customer service and Sales.

In return we offer:

  • On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa Β£26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • First few months guaranteed commission pay.
  • 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
  • Pension Scheme.
  • Career Progression.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
