Your Move Blackburn are looking for a Part time Accompanied Viewer to cover the viewings for their branch. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Must be reliable, be able to drive, have access to your own vehicle, and be confident in driving around the region. Ideally, the candidate will have a proven track record in Customer Sales and demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending and carrying out accompanied viewings at owners' properties
- Gaining viewing feedback and passing this on back to the branch
- Delivering excellent customer service and communication
The person will be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with clients and exceed their expectations with a trusted and friendly approach. Full training will be provided.
