Compliance Supervisor
My client is a very well established, successful, Directly Authorised, Independent Mortgage and Protection Brokerage.
The company's main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to its clientele.
In turn Broker's at this company have no sales targets in place to achieve.
Due to business growth, the company are currently keen to recruit a permanent, employed, Compliance Supervisor to join their established team based within London.
This is a hybrid role, whereby the successful candidate would work both from a central London office for two days per week and you will also have the opportunity to work from home on a three days per week basis.
Within this position the successful candidate will provide the business with compliance oversight support in relation to both mortgage cases (residential and BTL) and associated protection cases.
Naturally, a candidate for this position that has experience of working specifically within a dedicated mortgage and protection compliance focused role is ideal.
Although, candidate's with a strong background within mortgage and protection case administration, who have a keen interest within compliance, will also happily be considered for this position.

- Key role features
- File Checking/Audits, ensuring file compliance is at a high standard.
- Broker Call Monitoring.
- Completing one-to-one compliance reviews with Broker's.
- AML Overview.
- Supervising/Developing the firms T&C Policy.
- Driving your own Compliance Projects.
- Developing the firms use of AI within compliance.
- Handling highly confidential documentation.
- Contributing to MI and board reporting.
- You will be provided with all required technology and office provisions.
Plus the availability to both board and general meeting rooms within a prime Central London office to work from.

- Key candidate attributes
- Mortgage (and also preferably protection) based compliance supervision experience that has been gained within the independent market.
Candidate's with strong mortgage and protection case administration experience will also be considered for this position.
