Job Description
My client is a very well established, successful, directly authorised, HNW Independent Mortgage brokerage. The company's main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to its clientele.\\n\\nThe company are expanding due to high business levels and in turn are currently keen to recruit a Mortgage Broker on a self-employed basis to join the team based within their City of London office, which is a short walk from both Bank and Liverpool Street train station’s.\\n\\nAs an independent Mortgage Broker you will be provided with all of your client leads each week. These client leads are of high quality and are frequently of a HNW nature.
The firms clients are gained from the firms’ new business development activities, their well established existing client base (renewal and repeat business) and via company marketing.\\n\\nThe businesses clients are not only UK based but are also professionals who are based internationally.\\n\\nWithin this role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide mortgage advice not only on Residential and BTL Mortgage cases but also on Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgage cases.\\n\\nYou will be provided with full administration support, compliance support and I.T. support in-house. All technology and office provisions and availability to both board and general meeting rooms within a prime City of London office to work from.\\n\\nWorking hours within the role are on a Monday to Friday only basis and are 9:00am to 17:00pm.\\n\\nEssentially this is a self-employed Mortgage Broker position where by you will receive a 50% commission split of all net income received by the company, with no validations or thresholds.
Leading to a very realistic annual OTE of £80k to £100k+.\\n\\nYou can also initially benefit from receiving advanced commission for what would be your first few months within the role, to ensure that you are fine financially until your pipeline is completing.
