Your Mortgage Recruiter in Birmingham is seeking an employed Mortgage and Protection Broker to handle Residential and BTL cases, with potential to write Commercial Mortgage and Bridging Finance in the future.
The role offers a structured, Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 to 17:00 with a lunch break, and no weekend work.
You will receive client leads, admin and compliance support, and ongoing training, with a competitive salary of 35k–45k plus uncapped monthly commission, giving a realistic OTE.
