My client is a very well established, thriving, directly authorised, independent Mortgage and Protection Brokerage. The company's main aim is to provide the best, most impartial and tailored advice available to its clientele. The company is currently keen to recruit an additional employed Mortgage and Protection Administrator to join their established team based within Stanmore, Middlesex.

In this position you will primarily handle Residential and BTL mortgage cases and associated protection business, with opportunities to progress into Commercial Mortgage, Bridging Finance and Development Finance sectors. The role is based within a Stanmore, Middlesex office with great public transport links and free on‑site car parking. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm, including a 1‑hour lunch break each day.

The company has a large existing client base and gains numerous new client referrals and enquiries each week, including HNW leads, and further business from third‑party introducer businesses and marketing campaigns.

Key role features:
  • Liaise between the company’s Mortgage and Protection Advisors, Mortgage Lenders, Protection Providers, Solicitors and the company’s clients to assist with progressing mortgage and protection cases from application to completion.
  • Provide excellent levels of service to clients.
  • Use strong administrative skills to ensure records are thorough and up‑to‑date.
  • Use various lenders’ online platforms/portals to submit Residential & BTL mortgage cases suitably.
  • Use various protection providers’ online platforms/portals to submit insurance cases suitably.
  • Write suitability letters.
  • Gather original documents from clients, as required by the lenders.
  • Ensure all work meets the required FCA compliance standards.
  • Work within a dynamic, growing business that has a professional environment and a supportive, friendly team.

The company will support you with further career development opportunities in the future, including training to administer Commercial Mortgage, Bridging Finance and Development Finance cases and the possibility of becoming a Team Leader/Team Manager.
