We are seeking an experienced
Lead Clinician to provide clinical governance, operational leadership and business development.
You will be responsible for ensuring safe, effective and compliant delivery of insourced services within NHS and Private settings.
The role will act as CQC Registered Manager and Head of Clinical Services.
Key responsibilities and qualifications
- Establish and lead the Quality Governance Framework
- Safeguarding and quality governance reporting
- Lead clinical audits
- Ensure compliance with CQC Standards, NHS Frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Develop, review and oversee CQC-aligned policies
- Provide clinical leadership
- Support workforce development, clinical supervision and revalidation
- Oversee the delivery of insourcing services
- Play a key role in business development through relationship management
- Contribute to tender processes
- Provide supervision, appraisals and performance management
- Management of investigations
- RMN or RGN Level 7 or above
- Active registration
- CQC Registered Manager experience
- Proven experience leading CQC Inspections
- Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and NHS pathways
- Proven experience in clinical governance
- Proven experience working with or alongside NHS Trusts
- Involvement in tender processes or contract mobilisation
