We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Lifeguards/Leisure Assistants to join our Thanet teams at Ramsgate and BlueWave and Hartsdown Leisure Centres.

The Role
As a Lifeguard/Leisure Assistant, you will help ensure the safety and enjoyment of customers using our facilities while always delivering excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising pool and facility areas to ensure customer safety
- Providing excellent customer service and support to visitors
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the centre
- Helping create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all
Applicants must:
- Hold a current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification), or be willing and able to complete the qualification (*strong swimmer - timed swim will be part of the pre-selection)
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work as part of a team

Flexibility is essential as regular early morning, evening and weekend shifts will form part of the role.
