We\'re Hiring: Multi-Track Costs Draftsman / Costs Lawyer

Liverpool | Full-time

Your Legal Costs is seeking an experienced Multi-Track Costs Draftsman or Costs Lawyer to join our growing Drafting Department in Liverpool.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality Bills of Costs (including Multi-Track and Precedent S style), Costs Budgets, Precedent R and T forms, and attending CCMCs where required. You will have an excellent understanding of litigation and case management processes across a range of complex and high-value case types including housing disrepair, personal injury, clinical negligence, catastrophic injury, and commercial litigation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident in budget negotiations, with strong technical skills
  • Proficiency in CostsMaster and Excel
  • Ability to work independently on complex cases
  • Experience in training both internal staff and external clients would be advantageous.
