Music on Sea delivers the music service for Southend-on-Sea City Council. The Lead for Music on Sea will design, develop, manage and deliver high-quality music opportunities across schools and settings, based at the Civic Centre with hybrid travel across the borough.
You will line manage one Music Support Officer and up to 50 peripatetic teachers, providing strategic leadership for GEMH integration and collaborating with partners, funders and young people to bring music education to life.
