As part of our ongoing digital transformation program, we are currently looking for a Front-End React Developer to join our growing team. This role involves working on greenfield applications for the UK’s fastest growing digital insurer. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects and be instrumental in the company’s growth and ambition to become the biggest digital insurer in the UK.
As a Front-End Developer, you will be part of a brand new team creating websites and web applications that enhance the digital experience for our customers, helping our brand increase customer loyalty as well as generate new business. Being part of this new team means you will be able to influence the technical direction the team takes and really stamp your mark on our business.
Skills And Experience- Technical team leadership experience
- JavaScript specifically React JS experience is essential
- UI/UX development is key to this role
- Extensive experience in developing web pages using HTML/HTML5, XML, DHTML, CSS/CSS3, SASS, LESS, JavaScript, React JS, Redux, Flex, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap
- Source Management software such as GitHub
- Object-oriented analysis and design, API architecture experience
- Knowledge of a Test-driven approach including exposure to either TDD or BDD would be an advantage
- £5000 annual cash car allowance
