Salary: up to £37,500 per annum plus benefits

Main duties:

An exciting opportunity to become the trusted right-hand support to the Operations Director. You will act as a first point of contact for key stakeholders and provide a high level of executive and operational support.

The role:

  • Manage the Director’s diary including meetings, travel and the preparation of briefing materials.
  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support, including drafting professional correspondence, reports and managing communications.
  • Coordinate meetings and events while also handling agendas, minutes and logistics.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, summaries and presentations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries and welcoming visitors when required, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
  • Arrange and manage travel logistics, consisting of bookings, itineraries, and trip coordination.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and communications.
  • Support the wider leadership team with ad-hoc tasks and project coordination as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French to Business level standard.
  • Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to Senior Management – Essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken) with confidence handling challenging enquiries.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work independently and adapt working hours when needed.
  • Advanced IT proficiency especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Car owner due to location.
