Role Purpose: Reporting directly to the Head of Governance, the Environmental & Supply Chain Coordinator will support the day-to-day operation and continual improvement of the environmental management and supply-chain control framework. Success in the role will depend on curiosity, accuracy, initiative and follow-through. • Maintain the Approved Supplier List, supplier due diligence, compliance records, performance ratings, reviews and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate supplier and subcontractor onboarding, assurance, performance monitoring and offboarding.
  • Support purchasing and financial controls, including purchase orders, invoice queries, credits, rebates, recoveries and cost discrepancies.
  • Coordinate materials, unused parts, stock, engineer van audits, PPE and waste controls.
  • Analyse supplier spend, purchasing, labour, materials, waste, carbon and operational data to identify cost savings, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain Excel trackers, dashboards and management reports, ensuring data is accurate, reconciled and supported by evidence.
  • Monitor environmental performance covering fuel, energy, waste, packaging, chemicals, refrigerants and spill prevention.
  • Maintain audit-ready records and support customer, accreditation and compliance portals.
  • Coordinate relevant training, supplier meetings, audits and operational reviews.
