A leading Top 50 UK law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Corporate team in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor seeking the next step in their career. The Role

You will work on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Spin-out transactions
  • Venture capital transactions
  • General company law and corporate advisory work

The role will involve managing transactions from start to finish, drafting transaction documents and legal advice, liaising with clients and third parties, supervising junior team members, and supporting the team’s ongoing business development activity.

About You

You will ideally have:

  • 6+ years’ PQE gained within a private practice environment
  • Strong experience handling a broad range of corporate transactions
  • Experience managing matters independently from inception through to completion
  • Experience supervising and supporting junior lawyers
  • Previous business development experience (desirable)
