- What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of existing clients
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client hiring requirements and recruitment needs
- Building a deep understanding of client businesses, objectives, and workforce plans
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through additional services, placements, and account expansion
- Conducting regular client reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Taking detailed job briefs and providing consultative recruitment solutions
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to successful placement
- Working closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and monitoring account performance

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in account management, recruitment, customer success, client services, or relationship management
- Strong ability to build credibility and maintain long-term client relationships
- Commercially minded with experience identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts

- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively

- Hours 08:30 - 17:30 Work from home on Friday
- Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission
