Childcare Lawyer / Solicitor (Hybrid/Remote) needed in Northallerton, £55ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1777025
Providing expert advice and representation in care proceedings and family law matters Managing legal queries from the Children and Young People Services Directorate Conducting research to address more complex legal issues affecting operational matters Collaborating with the legal team to ensure compliance with Law Society Professional Standards and Lexcel accreditation
Role will be hybrid, with Mondays based in the office in Northallerton,
The other 4 days can be worked from home.
The candidate will typically oversee the Harrogate area, so candidates in North Yorkshire and surrounding areas are preferred. However fully remote can be considered.
Placement is anticipated for 3- 6 months
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
