We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Business Development & Programmes Manager to support the growth and delivery of our services.
This varied role combines fundraising, project management, staff supervision and business development, helping us to secure funding, deliver high-quality programmes and expand our work with schools, nurseries and other organisations.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, a strong relationship builder and an excellent team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Fundraising & Grant Management
- Research and identify suitable funding opportunities.
- Prepare and submit high-quality grant applications and funding bids.
- Develop compelling funding proposals and supporting documentation.
- Maintain relationships with funders and funding partners.
- Ensure compliance with funding requirements and reporting deadlines.
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Collect, analyse and present project data and outcomes.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for funders and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance against agreed targets and outcomes.
- Support impact measurement and continuous improvement activities.
- Staff, Volunteer & Student Management
- Provide day-to-day supervision and support to staff members, placement students and volunteers.
- Conduct inductions, training and ongoing development activities.
