We are looking for an ICT Application Support Specialist to provide critical application support across the group. The role is home‑based (Northwest) with occasional office visits.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Contribute to daily stand‑ups and team activities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, focusing on root cause analysis
- Ensure all work is delivered in line with best practice, standards, and compliance
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails
Qualifications
To be successful you will have experience in:
- Providing technical support for critical applications within a complex environment
- Documenting and quickly learning new systems and applications
- Identifying opportunities for functional improvements and implementing changes
