Your Housing Group is seeking an Adaptations Co-ordinator to manage and deliver both minor and major adaptations from enquiry through to completion. You will coordinate works with contractors, monitor budgets and ensure high-quality service for customers across the region.
The role requires travel to homes within a reasonable distance of our Warrington head office and a mix of home-based and regional site work, with strong emphasis on collaboration and timely case progression.
