In this role as a Multi Skilled Joiner, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer focused service in the Manchester region. We are looking for self-motivated, problem solvers who take pride in everything they do, with excellent customer service and communication skills. Working Week
You will be working a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, arriving at your first job at 8.00 am and finishing at 4.30 pm, working across the Manchester region. You will also need to be able to attend our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington for meetings and training courses when needed.
Responsibilities
First and foremost, you will be responsible for carrying out routine day to day joinery and plumbing repairs to a high standard in our customers' homes in the Manchester area. One of the great things about this role is the flexibility and the variety; no two days will be the same and you will be making a positive difference to our customers. Along with completing repairs to a high standard, you will need excellent communication skills and some knowledge of ICT repairs systems and emails to ensure that the customer receives an excellent repair service.
Qualifications and Skills
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised qualification(s)
- Experience or further qualification in additional skilled trades would be hugely beneficial.
- Health and safety knowledge in a repairs environment.
- You will have a full UK Driving Licence (ideally no more than 6 points)
