Are you looking for more than just an Admin role? Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference to people's lives? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Kingswood, our Retirement Living Scheme in Chester. As an Administrator your role will include essential administration tasks, but this is also a customer facing role providing opportunities to make a real difference to our customers' lives.

You will be based onsite at Kingswood, situated in Kingsway, Chester. Your hours will be - 17.5 hours per week on a 2-week rolling rota. Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 9am – 2pm

As part of the Kingswood team, in addition to admin tasks you will provide support and signposting to our customers and support the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the Scheme, promoting a friendly, vibrant community enabling customers at Kingswood to live independently. One of the wonderful things about this role is the variety, no two days will be the same! Customer support is key to this role - you will be the face of the organization, and often the first person dealing face to face with customers and external partners.

It's a given you will have excellent communication skills and be a true people person, always on the lookout for opportunities to improve and enhance YHG's service to our customers.

To be successful as an Administrator, here at YHG, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

This role is really suited to someone who likes to interact with customers and deliver a people centric service, particularly to older people, who can deal with a wide range of situations with empathy, sensitivity and diplomacy.

In return we offer £11,466 for a 17.5 hour week and 25 days (pro-rata for part time hours) annual leave (holidays also increase with time served) plus an allowance for Bank Holidays, but our employee offering provides much more than just a competitive salary and holiday allowance.
