Job Details

Job Title: Multi Skilled Joiner
Salary: £36,089.55 per annum (includes van and fuel).
Contract: Permanent.
Location: Manchester.
Weekly Hours: 40 (Mon‑Fri, 8:00‑16:30).
Working week also requires attendance at Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington for meetings and training when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine day‑to‑day joinery and plumbing repairs to a high standard in customers' homes across the Manchester region.
  • Provide excellent customer‑focused service with effective communication.
  • Use ICT repair systems and email to keep the customer informed.
  • Perform tasks efficiently and maintain high quality, first‑time correct work.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised qualification(s) in joinery.
  • Experience or further qualification in additional skilled trades would be hugely beneficial.
  • Health and safety knowledge in a repair environment.
  • Full UK driving licence (ideally no more than 6 points).
  • A team player.
  • Friendly, keen problem solver, and good communicator (written & verbal).
  • Passionate about delivering a quality service with a right‑first‑time mindset.
  • Ownership and pride in the work performed.
