Responsibilities
- Provide high quality plastering repair work to customers’ homes.
- Travel to designated properties within the regional area, and occasionally to other sites as required.
- Carry out patching, skimming, boarding, two‑coat plaster, internal and external rendering, coving, cornice, and insulation tasks.
- Perform minor joinery, repointing, and brickwork where needed.
- Ensure all work meets quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Repairs & Maintenance team across all trade professions.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence, ideally with no more than 6 points.
- Experience in patching, skimming, boarding, two‑coat plaster, rendering, coving, cornice, insulation, and related tasks.
- NVQ Level 3 Trade Qualification or equivalent recognised competency.
- Basic health and safety knowledge in a repair environment.
- Team player, problem solver, and passion for providing a right‑first‑time quality service.
