What will you do?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Management Officer covering areas in Liverpool, Halton & Sefton. Living locally in or around Liverpool City Region, you will travel around your ‘patch’ with the freedom to manage your diary around customer visits and stakeholder meetings. You will also be required to visit our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH) for meetings and training as and when required. First and foremost, you will work independently, taking the lead on delivering a first-class, end-to-end customer-focused tenancy management service. You will have flexibility to manage your own diary, choose a working location that suits you and your customer base, and influence how our estates and neighbourhoods look and feel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a first-class, end-to-end tenancy management service.
  • Work independently and lead delivery.
  • Manage customer visits, stakeholder meetings, and diary effectively.
  • Travel to the Head Office for meetings and training.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of social housing and tenancy management.
  • Good knowledge of best practice in safeguarding adults and safeguarding children.
  • A good level of understanding of Housing Management and relevant Housing services.
  • Passion for delivering consistently high levels of customer service and making a positive difference to customers’ lives.
  • Team player, working closely with colleagues within your own team and cross‑departmental decision making.

Salary of £30,000 for a 35-hour week with 25 days (pro‑rata) annual leave plus Bank Holidays. Employee benefits include:
