Your Housing Group is seeking a Home Ownership Officer to join the Home Ownership Team. You will contribute to the effective management of shared ownership and leasehold properties while delivering excellent customer service.
The role requires flexibility to manage a diary around visits in the Lancashire/Yorkshire area, with base at our Birchwood Head Office in Warrington. A proactive, collaborative mindset and knowledge of leasehold systems will help you succeed.
