Weekly Hours: 35 hours (Monday to Friday)

So… what is this role exactly?

Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent reception and administrative role at Ravenhead Foyer, a supported accommodation scheme for 16–25-year-olds.

The Foyer team is committed to the development of young people through bespoke training and support programs.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing high-quality administrative support to the team.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a good understanding of safeguarding practices, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

What will my working week look like?

The scheme-based reception cover is from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

What will I be responsible for doing?

  • Managing a variety of computer packages.
  • Managing the reception area and providing administrative support to the Foyer Team.
  • Ordering supplies for the office and accommodation.
  • Processing rental income following financial procedures.
  • Ensuring the safety of the building and its occupants.
