£55,690 – £62,682 p/a | 37.5 hrs | Permanent
Lead major capital and transformation projects from feasibility through to completion. Manage budgets, risk, and governance, while leading multi‑disciplinary teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction, or a related field
- PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience managing complex capital or transformation projects
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Organised, analytical, and confident managing multi‑disciplinary teams
Band 7 Capital Project Manager (Strategic Estates)
Dorset, UK
£47,810 – £54,710 p/a | 37.5 hrs | Permanent
Manage capital schemes from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Oversee contractors, budgets, and NEC3 requirements while supporting major developments across the Trust estate.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Experience delivering capital projects from planning to completion
- Strong understanding of procurement, legislation, and contract management
- NEC3 experience (Supervisor duties desirable)
- Excellent communication and report‑writing skills
