Dual Registered Manager – Children\’s Residential Services
Location: Leyland, Lancashire, UK
Salary: Starting at £55,000 per annum (with increases as occupancy levels rise) + bonus scheme + £50 sleep-in allowance
Job type: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of children\’s homes in line with company policies, Ofsted requirements, and relevant legislation
- Lead, guide, and inspire staff teams, ensuring high standards of care and consistent best practice
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the safety and well-being of all young people
- Register as a Manager with Ofsted and work closely with senior management to support organisational development
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for staff teams
- Promote a child-centred, therapeutic environment where outcomes for young people are prioritised
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years\’ experience as a Registered Manager within a children\’s residential setting
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and approaches to managing challenging behaviours
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
