Your Healthcare CIC in Kingston is recruiting a Nurse Associate to join the community nursing team. You will visit clients in their own homes, performing wound care, catheterisation, venepuncture and skin management as part of a multidisciplinary team.
This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week with a shift pattern including weekends and unsocial hours. Base is Hollyfield House; travel to patients’ homes is required. NHS pay and Agenda for Change terms apply.
