We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our home patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.
This position would complete visits in patients\’ homes thought the designated service area. This is a full-time, salary-based 12-hr position (7:00AM-7:00PM) (Monday-Sunday; 7days on 7 days off).

Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver\’s license and reliable transportation.
